Comment Form/Mailing List
Your input is invited on the project and the FS/EIS. Every comment is important and all opinions, feelings, suggestions, and observations will be carefully read and considered. At this stage of the FS/EIS process, the Corps is specifically seeking input on the following:
- Issues to be analyzed in the FS/EIS.
- Alternatives to be considered in detail to the Port's proposal.
- Potential positive and negative effects of the project.
Please note!
- When you submit comments on this project, your name and address, as well as your comments, are considered part of the public record.
- When you submit comments on this project, you are automatically added to the project mailing list to receive notice of upcoming meetings and other public comment opportunities, the availability of FS/EIS documents, and other key information on the FS/EIS process. If you do not wish to be added to the project mailing list, checkmark the box "Please do not add me to the mailing list" before clicking the submit button.

- You may request confidentiality under the Freedom of Information Act, but it is most likely that your request will be denied unless it involves trade secrets.
