A 30-day public scoping period to identify potential issues to analyze in the FS/EIS, alternatives to the POCB proposal, and potential positive and negative effects of the project ended on February 15, 2008. During that period, a public scoping meeting was held on Thursday, January 24, 2008, from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at the City of North Bend Community Center, 222 Broadway Street, North Bend, OR 97459. A scoping report is currently being prepared to document the results of the scoping process and will be posted to this website when it becomes available.
